One of the most futuristic design templates in the Feadship vaults yet to be built is the pulsating Project 3099. With nothing remotely comparable on the market, this exceptional example of how pure custom Feadships begin with a blank piece of paper includes dedicated diving facilities and an iconic exterior profile.

Feadship director Henk de Vries and head of design Tanno Weeda chew the fat over the remarkable and “pretty outrageous” Project 3099.

Quality first

The client for Project 3099 came to us because he knew only Feadship could deliver the level of quality required for such an eye-catching superyacht. This held especially true for the immensely complex propulsion system he had in mind along with the conspicuous amount of glass in the construction. Multiple design iterations were drawn before settling on feature elements such as the giant windows for the guest area and their tremendous views.

Wave piercer

Project 3099 showcases a cool, sleek and effortlessly assertive beauty with an abundance of shapes and curves. Taking the bow of the 72-metre Predator as an inspirational starting point generates speed in both the literal and figurative sense, as well as ensuring a powerful wave-piercing performance and a deliciously distinctive look. Check how the lines flow from aft to that one point forward in this compelling and charismatic profile.
