PILOT magazine goes annual

Feadship’s PILOT magazine – which, with 180 pages, is more like a book – is created for a wide audience. From owners to potential clients, from captains & crew to Feadship fans, PILOT is for everyone with a heart for the number one superyacht brand. Such is its popularity that we have decided to make PILOT an annual publication instead of biennial.

The new edition – unveiled to the public at the Monaco Yacht Show – includes an exclusive interview with the owner of Hampshire II about his experiences building his bespoke Feadship. The PILOT editorial team also joined the recent Feadship Captains Summit in the Netherlands to speak the hugely experienced skippers present. This included the captain of the recently launched Aquarius, who explains the importance of maintenance and logistics when designing a Feadship.

Other items of interest in the new PILOT include an in-depth interview with the leading lights at Eidsgaard Design plus a meeting with the irrepressible Greg Drewes, who’s been at the helm of the famous Feadship Predator for over a decade. Add in a look at the new facilities being built at the Feadship yards and a report from Savannah at the America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta and it’s clear that the PILOT team will always have plenty to write about as they meet the deadlines of the new annual publication date.
