Double Honours for Feadship at the 2025 World Superyacht Awards
Feadship has been recognised with two prestigious accolades at the 2025 World Superyacht Awards, which took place in Venice on Saturday 3 May.
In the Displacement Motor Yachts 500GT to 1499GT category, B was named winner. At 59.50-metres, B impressed the judges as an “extremely well executed” yacht defined by its focus on privacy, sustainability and wellness. With a hands-on owner who visited the shipyard monthly, the result is a carefully crafted vessel featuring a private owner’s apartment, cinema lounge and massage room. B is the first Feadship with integrated solar panels and uses electric propulsion to deliver noiseless navigation and greater fuel efficiency. Its understated exterior design and five varied dining areas reinforce the owner's vision of comfort and individuality.
A Judges' Commendation was also awarded for the remarkable refit of the 60.96-metre Samadhi. Originally a classic Feadship – launched in 2006 as April Fool, she has been transformed into a modern, charter-optimised vessel complete with a new swimming pool, spa with ice bath and a DJ area. A former lazarette now serves as both a beach club and toy stowage. The six-month refit, led by Feadship and Luxury Projects, also included a full electrical survey that significantly improved energy efficiency. One judge praised the work, stating, “They took a classic Feadship and restored it immaculately so she looks new.”
These awards are a testament to Feadship’s continued excellence in both new construction and refit craftsmanship.
