This is Sultana

Launched in 1969, the 25.80-metre Din-Dina III was purchased by Italian owners and immediately sailed off for southern Europe’s warmer waters. In 2007, however, she was discovered quite dismantled in an Italian port by Kees van den Hoek. Nothing was working except the two old Gardner diesels. Van den Hoek found a new owner and it was decided to bring the yacht (or what was left of it) to the Netherlands. It turned out that all technical data were available in the Aalsmeer shipyard archives and after careful study, it quickly became clear that the best place for the 'refit' would be the yard in Makkum. Re-named Sultana, she is now celebrating her renewed life in the Med.
