This is Amara
After decades of adventure on the open seas, Calixe (ex. Cacique, Amara) has proven to be a timeless Feadship classic. Designed by Frits de Voogt with an interior by Terence Disdale, she has always blended elegance with performance. In 2007, she returned to Feadship for a refit focused on preserving her excellence for the years ahead. The refit included a full overhaul of the engine room, ensuring her mechanical systems remained in peak condition for future voyages. Exterior paintwork was also meticulously restored, refreshing her signature Feadship profile.
After 35 successful years of sailing, the yacht returned to Makkum as Amara in 2021 for a thorough refit that included the addition of a reinforced state-of-the-art deck to accommodate the owner’s twin engine helicopters.
