Registering to a Feadship event
If you register to a Feadship event, the information will be received by the Marketing department. The Marketing department will process the information to assure your partecipation to the event.
What data do we collect?
The data you provide to us. In general, attendees provide their name, telephone number, e-mail address, and any other data requested in the registration form.
For what purposes do we use personal data?
We process the personal data voluntarily provided by you to register you to the event. The data is further used on the day of the event to check you in.
Store data
We will not store your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and any other data requested in the registration form for any purposes.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent and your registration to the event at any time.
Rights of data subjects
We believe that a transparent privacy statement is important. We also find it important to point out the rights you can exercise. As a data subject you have the right to view your personal data and to (request to) correct, supplement, delete or block them.
Because we work with privacy-sensitive information, we find it very important that third parties cannot use your private information. For this reason we consider it important that you can only access your data if you personally request this so that we can establish your identity with certainty.

Security
Security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured. We ensure that, given the state of the art, the security of personal data is sufficient to prevent unlawful processing, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or loss of data as much as possible.

Feadship registers all data breaches (minor and major) internally. If there is a data leak with a significant chance of serious adverse consequences for the protection of personal data or if these consequences have already materialised, Feadship will report the data leak to the Personal Data Authority.

In principle, we keep your data as long as necessary. For our events, this means that we delete your data once the event is concluded.

Our event website includes social media buttons. With these, the operators of these services collect your personal data.
Changes
If we make a change on the content of our event, we may need to change the privacy statement as well. For that reason, Feadship reserves the right to change its privacy statement. So always note the date above and check regularly for new versions.
