The list of the technical equipment on board the 22.30m Ute Ⅱ is impressive for a yacht launched in 1968. The navigational systems included amongst other items ship-to-shore radio and direction finder, radar, automatic pilot, stabilizer, echo sounder, and two compasses. The domestic equipment incorporated an electric cooker, a large capacity electric refrigerator and deepfreeze; electric operated toilets, to mention just a few.
