This is Sea Jewel
Tenders were traditionally located aft on the ‘boat deck’. However, this area was increasingly being seen as the obvious – and optimal – place for leisure and dining/relaxation. For years Feadship had been exploring the possibility of locating the tenders elsewhere, a move that was especially attractive for yachts mooring stern-to in Mediterranean harbours with their main decks in full view of the general public ashore. On Sea Jewel, the tender cranes were hidden behind specially developed flaps, an innovation which further enhanced the possibilities from this point forward.
