Rasselas
This is Rasselas
Like Aurora and Mi Gaea before her, the 52.00-metre Rasselas had a hydraulic swimming platform transom hatch, transforming the aft end into a cabana room with private beach when at anchor - ideal for swimming and windsurfing. Named after an Abyssinian fairy-tale prince, arguably Rasselas’ greatest triumph was the superb balancing of the ‘old’ and the ‘new’, like situating the yacht’s ultra-modern navigation station adjacent to a boat deck lounge with an open fireplace. A second Rasselas for the same owner was launched in 2005.
