About Rahal

The family of the owners of Rahal first ordered a Feadship in 1959. Determined as always to accept nothing but the very best, this new jewel in the crown benefited from all their experience and know-how. The owners took great personal interest in the external features and the entire styling of Rahal’s profile, working in close cooperation with De Voogt Naval Architects and Terence Disdale. The result was a highly detailed and beautifully balanced Feadship, with a sophisticated navigation set-up commensurate with the yacht’s oceangoing potential and her name, which means ‘traveller’.

Rahal’s interior was no less impressive, with an abundance of unusual materials and textures, both ancient and modern. These provide a rich yet natural feel within a flawless ‘beach-house’ environment. The owner’s suite is on the main deck, while the lower deck houses four guest staterooms plus accommodation for up to 12 crew members. Rahal was the first Feadship to fit the new Integrated Ships Control & Management (ISCM) system, allowing her to be operated without an engineer present in the engine room.
