About Miloke

The 7.5-metre motor cruiser Miloke was built in 1932 for the grandfather of the current director of the Feadship yard in Makkum, Sijbrand de Vries. This unique piece of heritage was found online and restored by Feadship in 2019 as part of a training project. Several local colleges shared input on features such as the new electric drive, options for solar panels and the superstructure design. Miloke was relaunched on 11 July and christened by Huib de Vries, youngest son of Henk de Vries Sr. who established the Feadship yard in Aalsmeer in 1923. There’s always history in the making at Feadship.
