About Coronet

The boat brochure of 1954 reveals how Feadship caught on to the importance of self-promotion in America, foregoing a more typically conservative Dutch approach: ''A beautiful boat... beautifully designed... beautifully appointed... and built with the meticulous attention to detail so typical of all Feadship built boats. Yet another example of the master yacht builders of the Feadship yachts at the very peak of their craft.' During the New York Boat Show in 1954 The Coronet was named "Queen of the Show", just like a year earlier the "Capri" had been crowned.
